Adrien: And so it begins.

My fall clothing rampage has begun with the purchase of a cheap animal print top from Target. I've mostly been trying to not auto-purchase every cute thing Target makes and instead save for better quality items, but this top I could not resist. It was fun and blouse-y and works with shorts, with skinny jeans and boots, and also as a tucked-in work blouse:

top: Target - Merona Women's Ladder Lace Top
skirt: Gunex
shoes: Chie Mihara
bag: Marc Jacobs Stella

Disclaimer: I have no idea what's wrong with my face today. Oy.

  3. I just wanted to say thank you! A couple of weeks ago I commented on a post and mentioned I was struggling to look grown up and pu together at work. You replied and suggested I wear something tailored, like a non-stretcy pencil skirt. Well, I went out and bought one and I'm wearing it today for the first time. Now, I know it may seem obvious to others, but I'd never thought of wearing a pencil skirt. I didn't think it'd work on me. But I have to say it does and I love it! I DO look grown up and put together, so thank you so much for the awesome tip!
