Weekend Window Shopping: ALL The Fluffy Shoes.

The weather turned this week and it's been much cooler and rainy. Yay fall. I've traded my Birkenstock Arizonas for my shearling lined clogs and now I'm thinking about all the other shearling-lined shoes I don't own. THERE ARE SO MANY. Like these:

  1. I tried P448 sneaks with fur lining. But they are too wide for my heels and for a sneaker over $100 they need to be perfect. But I just picked up a pair of waterproof Uggs that look like regular booties with sheepskin lining. SOO perfect for my winter outdoor activities! Yay for fall/winter!

    1. Oh, those sound perfect! I'm glad you found some good boots.

    2. I got a pair of Uggs fleece-lined lace-up boots a few years ago and they are one of the best investments in shoes I've ever made (I don't say that lightly). They are so warm (I have circulation issues and have had frostbite in my big toe), but they look nice for regular casual wear. Highly recommend!

  2. I got these Sorel ones (https://www.zappos.com/p/sorel-emelie-short-lace-cozy-black/product/9400544/color/3) on sale last winter and I love them - very cozy, and practical in the snow!

  3. I love this concept, but does the shearling get stinky and matted? How do you keep them fresh and fluffy?

    1. Stinky? Not in my experience. Matted, a little bit, but it's still cozy. (At least where my Birkenstocks are concerned.)

  4. I ordered those Gola sneakers - thank you for the find! I'm probably that one person who doesn't do well with boots, but cozy sneakers sounds just right.
