I'm 5'2" and that Universal Standard dress is midcalf on me on the long side (just below the knee on the shorter side). They do make a petite version, it was just sold out when I was buying mine. I like it, but would probably like it more if it were shorter on me.
I have that Universal Standard dress in 2 colors and I want a third. It’s that good.
